Embodiment sessions can include somatic coaching and integration work, parts work & inner child healing, emotional processing, lineage pattern clearing and learning potent tools for living a fully embodied life.

Through 1:1 Mentorship over 3-6 months, we practice an intimate exploration of your feminine embodiment, and deepen through individual support. Doors open again October 2026.

One of my favorite ways to work with women is through the deep container that direct mentorship provides.
If you are called to direct support, private mentorship is for you.
We are each doing the work to bring ourselves home to our truest self and find the power within us. And–it is imperative to find other women to hold us and witness us as we usher ourselves through this rite of passage. To be seen, witnessed and held in sacred sisterhood is one of the greatest gifts we can receive as women. It offers us a safe container, held by someone who has walked that path before, to allow us to meet ourself, know ourself, integrate parts of ourself, and step into our power. It is natural, beautiful and healthy, and it is something that many of us are missing. This is the gift of mentorship.
Through my private mentorship with women —
I hold a deep, sacred, ritual space that allows you to open your heart to yourself in ways you may not have experienced before. I bring my decade long journey, study and experience with the rites of passage of the feminine. I also weave ritual, ceremony, ancestral healing, relationship coaching, inner child work & somatic integration, vocal embodiment and the shamanic arts into a unique tapestry of support that is directly tailored to your needs and intentions for growth.
This is an intuitive space with room for flow and is also guided by the grounded tools, modalities, systems and years of lived experience I have gathered over the last 10 years.
I meet you where you are now and support you in clearing or integrating the past so that you can reclaim all the parts of yourself. I guide you based on what is alive and ready to shift in your life. And I walk you through the threshold of becoming an even more embodied, clear, authentic expression of who you are.

What to Expect Inside Mentorship Sessions —
We begin our work by setting a safe ritual space and calling in your guidance & spiritual allies to walk with you. We then set intentions based on where you are and where you desire to go in your growth journey. Sessions make include direct ritual work and ancestral healing, breathwork, embodiment coaching, inner child work, and vocal awakening work, but it will all be focused on what you desire to shift and focalize in your life.
It is deep intuitive guidance, spirit work, laser focused coaching, maps for healing and somatic integration, women’s embodiment work and trauma resolution, eyes on your process and work and loving support all wrapped into one.
