Join Nicole for a Sound Journey & Vocal Activation in Woodstock, NY.

Sunday March 23rd from 12-1PM EST.

The journey opens with a short guided meditation and intention setting. Participants then settle onto their mats and receive a deep sound healing transmission to recalibrate, open and clear any energy blockages. Nicole weaves the soundscape through the use of her voice and various instruments, to open up a space for deep healing and transformation, based on the energy and needs of the group. From there, participants will be invited to activate their own voice for somatic healing and heart opening. We will finish the journey together with group medicine songs to integrate the experience. 

Nicole is a medicine musician, shamanic sound healer, and ritualist. Through her healing work, she brings together vocal alchemy, sonic healing, shamanic ceremony, deep ancestral healing and ritual to create a transformational experience. She guides others to embody their voice, connect with their soul and open the heart to remember their authentic essence.

Her music and ceremony work has been cultivated by drawing on her own direct experience of shamanic healing and transformation, as well as her lifelong background in classical music performance and music education. She has spent the last ten years studying various traditions and lineages of song, chant and medicine music and invites aspects of all of these traditions into her own work.

Join Nicole for an Intro to Breathwork Workshop on Monday April 10th from 6-7:30PM. Whether you are new to Breathwork, or have experienced it before, this will be an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the work and learn how to get the most out of the practice. 

Nicole will teach and share about the history and mechanics of the breath practice. Including where it came from, how to do it well, and how to apply the work to your life. She will also teach the basics of the breath and share tools you can use in your day to day to reduce stress and anxiety and increase energy and empowerment. 

We will close out the workshop portion with a full Breathwork experience. This work helps to clear stuck energy from the body and opens the heart, for deeper access to intuition, clarity and personal power.
