Song & Sound
Music, song and sound has the power to shift us on many levels. It is a therapeutic modality that brings harmony to our emotional, physical and spiritual self, as well as opening the deepest parts of our heart. It has the power to connect us to the sacred, to ourselves and to each other in profound ways. It is somatic, it is sacred and it is heart centered.
Whether through sound bath, sound ceremony, chanting, community singing or vocal healing work, we can use sound as a pathway back home to ourselves. We can look to indigenous communities, earth honoring traditions, and ancient ritual to see how the power of sound and song has been used throughout time to support ritual, healing, transformation and connection.

Song circles are a sacred space and a devotional experience. We gather together to share songs, mantras, chants and intention. During our circle time, we will connect through prayer and ritual, practice different vocal embodiment tools and share and learn songs. All are welcome regardless of your musical background, as this is an oppturnity to share our voices and develop a deeper connection to song. I’m currently offering song circles inn Woodstock, NY and other parts of the Catskills and Hudson Valley.
Song Circles
If you are already weaving the medicine of sound healing into your practice, or are called to step into song leadership, guiding song circles, or using sound to facilitate in healing spaces, I offer mentorship & training for Sound Healers & Song carries that desire to take their sound work & space holding skills to a deeper level.
Our session work weaves together vocal embodiment work, vocal training, song crafting, song leading, and the principles of sound healing and space holding. If you are ready to expand your sonic leadership skills, begin hosting your own sound baths, or learn the foundational skills of sharing song, Song Leadership Training is for you.

Debut Album
Born in 2022, as a collaboration with Ross Wyeno, The Wheel is a sonic and musical journey through the medicine wheel. This medicine music journey creates an opportunity to connect with the four different planes of consciousness that are represented in a non-traditional medicine wheel. Heart, Spirit, Mind and Body. Throughout the listening journey you will connect with these four different energies and spaces, in order to meet different parts of yourself. This album was created to help support the journey into self through breathwork, movement, psychedelics, meditation or simply through the experience of listening.
