Inside Embodied Soul, will be guided on a journey back into your body, to know yourself in a more authentic way. You’ll learn tools that support you in your embodiment and the clearing of outdated patterns and strategies that aren’t fully allowing you to thrive. You’ll reclaim who you are and begin to understand why you make decisions, relationships choices, and continue to give your power away, and then take steps to do it in a new way from a more self-connected place.
