Inside Embodied Soul, you will be guided on a journey back into your body, to know yourself in a more authentic way. You’ll learn tools that support you in your embodiment and the clearing of outdated patterns and strategies that aren’t fully allowing you to thrive. You’ll reclaim who you are and begin to understand why you make decisions and relationships choices the way that you do. You’ll start to understand why you give your power away and begin to feel ready to do things in a new way from a more self-connected place.
Over the course of three months, we will gather for semi-monthly calls. These sessions include teaching, tools and 1:1 facilitation & coaching. Part of the magic of a group coaching space, is allowing the field of energy and experience brought by each person to inform the work that’s needed. So, there will be plenty of space for the work to flow and shift as we do.
