This container includes:
6 1:1 Sessions over the course of 3 months
1 Ritual session or ceremony
Recorded Meditations to support your work
Additional resources based on your journey (sound healing tools, readings, & herbal support)
Ongoing voice support between calls Monday-Friday
What you can expect in a session:
We begin our work by setting a safe ritual space and calling in your guidance & spiritual allies to walk with you. We then set intentions based on where you are and where you desire to go in your growth journey. Sessions make include direct ritual work and ancestral healing, breathwork, embodiment coaching, inner child work, and vocal awakening work, but it will all be focused on what you desire to shift and focalize in your life.
It is deep intuitive guidance, spirit work, laser focused coaching, maps for healing and somatic integration, women’s embodiment work and trauma resolution, eyes on your process and work and loving support all wrapped into one.
Our three months together is like an initiation, rite of passage, and deep journey into reconnection with yourself, your truth, your power and your path. We work together to understand the patterns that are ready to shed or integrate, we invite in ancestral support and repair, and create a space for your rebirth.
