Ancestral healing & lineage repair is the process of relating to those that have gone before us, in spirit for the purpose of healing. Each of us have well & wise ancestors, and as we learn to relate with those that have gone before us, we open up the possibility of receiving support from our wise and loving elders. We also begin to relate with the blessings in our lineage instead of the troubles. Those troubles and burdens that were passed down to us can hold us back in our lives and keep us from living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life path.
